This Christmas season at Victory Community Church, we’re diving into the heart of what Christmas is truly about through our special series. Gifts are often the focus during this time of year, but the greatest gift we’ve ever received is Jesus.
This week, we’re reflecting on the powerful message of the gift of peace He brought us. Isaiah 9:6 calls Him the "Prince of Peace," and in John 14:27, Jesus promises:
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
This peace is not just the absence of conflict but the deep, abiding assurance that we are reconciled to God through Christ. It’s a peace that sustains us in a chaotic world and fills our hearts with hope and joy.
